At Stavya Maison, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Please note: since our pieces are made to order, some collections may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this window, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled, as each piece is made specifically for you.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
